“We needed to design and fitout our new workplace in 13 weeks and we were uncertain just how much space we were going to devote to open plan design.
On a number of occasions PCG said we didn’t have enough space but they kept pushing and squeezing for us. How we were going to make it work was always a shared concern.

“At the outset we considered a number of providers to meet our need to sell our freehold manufacturing site, outsource these activities and concurrently find a new leasehold workplace for our Australian business in Sydney.
The service companies we interviewed ranged from single service providers through to multiple service providers. The compelling proposition PCG offered was their independence and end-to-end capacity, whilst we are experts in pharmaceutical manufacturing and marketing we know little about property, design, and project management. Whilst we were confident in the ability of the other parties to do their jobs, they were heavily reliant on others to deliver the full complement of the required deliverables.
