In recent years there has been an increased demand for commercial refurbishment projects from building owners and tenants. PCG’s experience in the design and construction disciplines has led to the successful completion of numerous building / commercial office refurbishment projects.

Commercial refurbishment allows building owners to attract and retain long term tenants by providing improved building performance, increased flexibility and efficiency within their existing commercial office buildings.
