Our CRE professionals will champion your objectives and deliver improved efficiencies and financial savings for your business.
In an industry rich in conflict and well told untruths, PCG stands proudly independent of the supply sides of the property and construction sectors, and unlike our associates within global real estate agencies, we exclusively act for demand side parties, comprising the tenant and occupier community.
We level the playing field for our clients when conducting transactions with supply side proponents and bring market knowledge and insight unequalled across all sectors of the national property market. The team’s capability to analyse, illustrate, and communicate complex financial comparisons is a key differentiator.
Our methodology is one which is informed by a deep understanding of CRE and the disciplines to enable informed decision making. Best in class Property, Design, and Project Management skills are the enablers and PCG has invested in such so that you can benefit from our proven methodology.
We work with all businesses from start-ups to large corporations across private and public sectors.
We de-risk the transaction process for you when conducting leasehold and freehold transactions with supply side proponents and the market.
Drawing upon our experience and in-house skills, we will work with you to divine and recommend strategies to mitigate risk and exceed the commercial, economic, environmental, and operational objectives.
Finding new premises and relocating your business or negotiating an exit-strategy from an existing lease is a time consuming, complicated, and costly exercise. PCG are workplace and property experts with a deep understanding of how the alignment of property and business objectives can positively contribute to business success.

PCG accepted the Westpac mandate to prepare a Master Plan capturing and characterising the project strategy and components of its future workplace consolidation.
“PCG helped us envision the future workplace needs of our business in Melbourne and developed a compelling real estate strategy to procure a solution. We appreciated PCG’s engagement and attention and especially the strong rapport they built with our business stakeholders. You should be proud of your strength in financial analysis that captured every possible implication of our premises options. You have fulfilled your role as a strategic property adviser and delivered the cost, time and quality outcomes we were seeking. We would be pleased to work with PCG again when an opportunity arises.”

PCG assisted in the restructure of iNova through the divestiture of freehold property, acquisition of new leasehold property and the creation of a new workplace which would enable the business to operate more effectively and productively.
PCG’s CRE professionals achieved a timely divestiture of the freehold manufacturing site, which included agency management, the marketing campaign and negotiations with the purchaser. PCG’s team also envisioned the new workplace with the key stakeholders, briefed the market negotiated lease terms and designed and project managed a new high-performance workplace.
“The compelling proposition PCG offered was their independence and end-to-end capacity, whilst we are experts in pharmaceutical manufacturing and marketing we know little about property, design, and project management. We imposed a number of very tight time lines on PCG and despite the unfortunate market conditions and some occurrences outside their control, PCG delivered everything we wanted on time and the staff and management are exceedingly happy.”
