Simon is the founder of PCG and oversees PCG’s performance as a business enterprise, focusing on the strategy and policy issues that come with PCG being an industry leader in the Australian property, design and project management sector. Simon’s career has focused on assisting national and international organisations manage and implement major workplace and facility projects through the application and integration of Property, Design and Project Management disciplines. Simon is committed to the application of enlightened strategies which yield more creative property and project solutions with certainty of time, cost and quality. Simon is the principal representative of the GVA Worldwide organization in Australia and New Zealand and the principal shareholder of Project Control Group Pty Ltd. Simon has a Diploma of Arts (Design) and has studied both Industrial Design and Architecture at the RMIT University.
Roger gets out of bed in the morning, to see what difference he can make today.
Holding a Bachelor's Degree in Building (B.Build) and a Masters Degree in Science, Building (MSc.Build), from the University of NSW, Roger has been responsible for the PCG’s project delivery of services, since 1989.
With over 25-years professional experience on large-scale commercial, industrial, retail, public sector and domestic facilities, Roger thrives in the role of Project Manager, bringing his ‘Best in Class’ skills to everything his role encompasses: Liaising closely with clients to obtain the best possible outcomes, design management, construction management and people management.
Ranging up to $30M, 12,500m2, and over 850 staff, Roger has been responsible for the delivery of many significant projects, for private and public clients. His successful projects include:
Brendan has a deep understanding of the concepts and associated nuances of ‘team’ and ‘winning’.
As State Director, he brings over 20 years experience within the property and project services sector to the Brisbane market.
Prior to joining PCG Brendan has worked for CBRE, Investment Associate, Charter Hall and Mirvac. Brendan holds a MBA in marketing, communications and change management.
Adam lives and breathes the Australian corporate real estate market.
With over 7 years experience within the construction and property industries, he specialises in financial advisory and analysis and is quick to identify unusual opportunities that will maximise his clients options. Prior to joining PCG Adam has worked with Ferrier Hodgson, CIMIC Group and Cushman & Wakefield. In particular, Adam’s involvement with the management of strategy and finance for the Westpac Group Property portfolio at DTZ highlights the high level of advisory and cost saving abilities Adam brings to the table. Adam holds a Certificate in Property from Kaplan Professional, a NSW Certificate of Registration and has studied a Bachelor of Business at Murdoch University.
With over 12 years commercial property experience Richard certainly has some serious experience under his belt.
Originally from the UK, Richard obtained qualifications including a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Management from Liverpool University, and a Masters of Commercial Property Management from Liverpool John Moores. Accepted to the professional body as a Chartered Surveyor, Richard went on to gain experience in valuations, lease advisory and agency work for his clients across the UK, Europe and Australia within the commercial, industrial, retail, healthcare and hospitality sectors. In 2014 he founded 5050 Property, a commercial real estate consultancy which focused exclusively on assisting tenants and occupiers with their property matters. His clients have included HSBC, Royal Bank of Scotland, Virgin Media, Lush Cosmetics, DHL, Nuclear Decommissioning Authority and the National Health Service. As the Associate Director – Corporate Real Estate in our Brisbane office, Richard holds a real estate salesperson certificate for Queensland.
Jennifer is a Senior Project Manager with more than 18 years commercial, industrial and residential construction industry experience and Diploma in Project Management. Her strong sense of leadership and excellent communication and organisational skills has resulted in highly successful delivery of projects for Brisbane clients including Hyder Consulting, Origin Energy, Optus, National Transport Insurance, Silverchef, Cromwell Properties, Stellar Call Centre Robina, Linkwater, Mirvac, Queensland Tertiary Admissions Centre, TAFE Qld, Ausure and Hanson Northern Region.
With over 25-years high-level industry experience, Barry calls a spade, a spade.
Qualifying from The University of Sydney with a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (Hons), Barry has worked on numerous construction projects, including commercial office refurbishment and fitouts, heritage work, rail and infrastructure, process engineering, retail branch rollouts, as well as the Sydney Olympic Village.
Completing numerous projects in the commercial office sector Barry has done it all, including multiple projects involving churn work, staging, and operating in a live environment. With his involvement in many such projects, Barry knows that success depends upon a comprehensive briefing and initial stakeholder engagement in the planning process, responsible and realistic cost planning, reviewing and understanding the existing site conditions in full, strong design management, and effective procurement and management of sub-contractors.
With a good knowledge of services, both at a conceptual design level and also at the construction and implementation stage, Barry has a good eye for ultimately confirming and then agreeing on what the ‘must have’s’ are from the ‘nice to have’s’. Working collaboratively with both client and design teams he is pragmatic, project focused and able to challenge where needed, to ensure project outcomes are met.

Over the past 24 years Adrian has been responsible for the strategic briefing, design, documentation, co-ordination and delivery of commercial projects within the finance, pharmaceutical, government, industrial, retail and building refurbishment sectors. Adrian’s experience encompasses numerous high profile workplace projects such as the Lion 5MR project in Homebush (24,000sqm), Optus’ new headquarters in North Ryde (83,000sqm), Cerebral Palsy Alliance (10,000sqm), IBT Wynyard Green (22,000sqm), Goldman Sachs and Morgan Stanley Dean Witter. Adrian holds a Graduate Certificate in Interior Design from Randwick College (Enmore).
Vanessa’s considerable commercial design experience is evident by the results she produces. Her international portfolio, includes The Palms Shopping Centre, New Zealand and Angeles Retail Philippines. Hand in hand with her extensive domestic project experience, Hanson, API, Ausure, API and Lion Sydney, her projects are representative of an experienced designer, with an exemplary eye for detail, and an ability to understand client needs, and convert them to reality. Vanessa lead the design and installation of the recently completed Reckitt Benksier’s “House Rules” project and was heavily involved in the initial design concepts for the RB Pyrmont site in 2011. Her experience is backed by an Advanced Diploma of Interior Design through TAFE Design Centre, NSW, before she joined PCG in 2010.

As a key member of the team, her experience in graphics, concept formulation, joinery drawings, interior scheduling, and 3-D modelling is invaluable. Rory achieves high quality results for our clients, approaching commercial construction with the same passion he reserves for his Scottish Motherland.
Qualifying from Glasgow Caledonian University with a BSc (Hons) in Construction Management, Rory has worked on both sides of construction management. As a Site Manager, and as a Project Manager. His experiences in Scotland includes, delivering a whisky bond warehouse and upgrade to the Glasgow HQ for Edrington, and being part of the project delivery team on the $20M extension programme for Motherwell College.
Since joining PCG, Rory has been integral in delivering successful projects to key clients. This includes NTI’s and TNS's national flag ship offices in Sydney.
