The Board of the Roseville Returned Servicemen’s Memorial Club (RRSMC) selected and appointed PCG over alternate advisory firms to assist them navigate the journey and the associated challenges involved in leveraging the club owned land via a development management agreement (DMA) for the redevelopment of the club owned land into a new mixed-use development comprising residential apartments, basement parking and new ground floor club facility.
PCG partnered with Roseville Returned Servicemen's Memorial Club to deliver a strategic redevelopment project focused on enhancing member experiences, improving operational efficiency and supporting long-term growth. Through integrated property, workplace and project delivery expertise, PCG helped create a modern hospitality environment aligned with the club's future vision while maintaining strong stakeholder engagement throughout the project lifecycle.

PCG worked closely with the Board to establish a commercially viable development strategy, issue an RFP to the development market and negotiate with shortlisted proponents to secure the preferred development outcome for the RRSMC Board and its members.
The strategy enabled RRSMC to reposition the club, retire debt, secure long-term sustainability and preserve its important community and memorial functions.
