The client engaged PCG to negotiate the acquisition of property from the National Trust of Australia conditional upon a delayed settlement and their endorsement of a subsequent development application (DA) to reinstate the property to a single residence being the original form of the property.
PCG provided project and development management services for Oakburn, a residential development project designed to maximise asset value and deliver a high-quality living environment. The project required careful coordination of planning, design, and construction activities to achieve strong commercial outcomes while meeting the expectations of investors, neighbours, and statutory authorities.
The client engaged PCG to assist with the acquisition and restoration of “Oakburn”, converting the two (2) subdivided apartments back into a single luxury residence while preserving heritage features.
PCG managed extensive restoration and refurbishment works including minor structural alterations, heritage restoration, landscaping and a complete interior upgrade in accordance with heritage guidelines.
Oakburn was successfully transformed into a restored four-bedroom residence combining heritage integrity with modern residential functionality.
