MYOB is one of Australia and New Zealand's leading business technology companies, providing cloud-based accounting, payroll, payments, enterprise resource planning and business management solutions to small and medium-sized businesses. Founded in Australia more than 30 years ago, MYOB has played a significant role in helping organisations manage their finances, operations and workforce through innovative technology platforms. With a strong focus on digital transformation, customer experience and business productivity, MYOB continues to support hundreds of thousands of businesses across the region as they adapt to an increasingly connected and technology-driven economy.
PCG partnered with MYOB to deliver a transformative workplace project that reflected the company's innovative culture and future-focused business strategy. Through workplace strategy, design coordination and project management, PCG helped create a dynamic office environment that enhanced collaboration, agility and employee experience.
MYOB engaged PCG to support the delivery of its new Sydney headquarters during a significant period of organisational transformation. The company was repositioning itself from a traditional software provider to a modern technology business and required a workplace that reflected this evolution. The brief was to secure and deliver a new workplace that would embody MYOB's brand, support innovation and collaboration, and reinforce its vision of becoming a leading technology.
PCG undertook a Strategic Master Plan process with key stakeholders to develop a comprehensive corporate real estate strategy and workplace brief. Following an extensive property search, a 1,200sqm CBD workplace at 45 Clarence Street was selected as the preferred location. The workplace was designed around MYOB's core values of agility, flexibility, and their "Love Your Work" philosophy. A key innovation was the introduction of an "Information Radiator" - a collaborative agile workspace featuring writeable walls, video conferencing technology, and stand-up meeting areas designed to encourage knowledge sharing and accelerate decision-making. The workplace was further enhanced through a variety of meeting rooms, quiet spaces, collaboration zones and social areas, while bold branding, graphics and artwork reinforced MYOB's identity throughout the work environment.

The completed Sydney headquarters successfully transformed MYOB's workplace into a physical expression of its new identity as a technology company. The agile workplace design enhanced collaboration, communication and innovation while supporting employee engagement and productivity. The project delivered a highly flexible and future-focused environment that aligned with MYOB's strategic objectives and organisational culture. The workplace became a powerful tool for attracting talent, supporting growth and reinforcing the company's position as one of Australia's leading technology businesses. Positive feedback from leadership highlighted the success of both the workplace outcome and PCG's end-to-end delivery approach.

"We found PCG’s end to end service proposition very compelling and their property and project services outstanding. In particular we found the communication skills of their project team to be excellent and they should be very proud of their project and construction management capability."
