Lion (formally known as Lion Nathan) a leading food and beverage company, employs approximately 6,700 people. Their portfolio includes many of Australia and New Zealand’s favourite household brands including Heineken, XXXX Gold, Hahn Superdry, King Island Dairy, Daily Juice and Yoplait, to name only a few.
PCG provided workplace strategy, design and project management services for Lion's Perth workplace project. The new environment was designed to improve operational efficiency, foster collaboration and support the organisation's ongoing growth while reflecting Lion's culture and brand identity.
PCG was engaged to consolidate Lion’s wine, beverage and drinks divisions into a new Perth workplace aligned with national workplace standards.
PCG undertook workplace analysis, strategic master planning and integrated design/project management services while embedding Lion’s workplace manifesto into the design outcome.
The resulting workplace created flexible, collaborative work settings for more than 100 employees while celebrating Lion’s Western Australian brewing heritage.
