PCG partnered with HeidelbergCement to deliver a contemporary workplace project that supported organisational change, improved collaboration and enhanced employee experience. Through workplace strategy, design coordination and project management services, PCG helped create a workplace environment aligned with the company's operational requirements and future growth objectives.
