PCG worked closely with Hanson to deliver a contemporary workplace in Parramatta that aligned with the company's evolving operational requirements. The project focused on creating a flexible, efficient and collaborative workplace environment while supporting future growth and delivering a high-quality employee experience.
Hanson engaged PCG to deliver a new workplace in Parramatta that would better support its evolving operational requirements while providing employees with a contemporary, flexible and collaborative work environment. The project sought to create a workplace that reflected Hanson's position as a leading construction materials provider while improving functionality, staff experience and workplace efficiency.
PCG provided an integrated service encompassing workplace strategy, interior design and project management to ensure the new workplace aligned with Hanson's business objectives and organisational culture. The design focused on creating a highly functional environment that balanced collaboration, focused work and employee wellbeing. A range of flexible work settings, meeting spaces and breakout areas were incorporated to support different work styles while promoting interaction and connectivity across teams. Material selections and design elements were carefully considered to reflect the Hanson brand and create a professional, welcoming workplace experience.
The completed Parramatta workplace delivered a modern, flexible and high-performing environment that supports collaboration, productivity and employee engagement. The project successfully aligned the physical workplace with Hanson's operational needs while providing a contemporary setting for staff and visitors. Through strategic planning and seamless project delivery, PCG created a workplace that enhances the employee experience, supports future growth and reinforces Hanson's reputation as a leader in the construction materials industry.

"Of all the projects I have managed this year, our workplace project has without a doubt been the easiest to manage and the most stress free. I am amazed at the level of commitment and professionalism shown by all the PCG staff that I have dealt with during this project. Hanson has a motto of “We’ll make it happen” and actively promotes this motto to our customers. This motto also fits very well with the PCG team.
