Crowe Horwath Australia is a leading accounting and advisory firm and part of the global Crowe network, which operates in more than 100 countries. Seeking to align its workplace with its evolving business, people and culture, the firm partnered with PCG to deliver a new Sydney headquarters that would support collaboration, flexibility and long-term growth.
PCG delivered an integrated corporate real estate, workplace strategy, design and project management solution for Crowe Horwath Australia's new Sydney headquarters, creating a flexible workplace that supports collaboration, business growth and long-term organisational success.
After more than a decade in its previous premises, Crowe Horwath recognised that its workplace no longer reflected the way the business operated. While the organisation had invested heavily in its people and business systems, the workplace had become the missing piece, limiting collaboration, flexibility and employee experience. The challenge was to identify a new CBD location while developing a workplace strategy that supported future growth, improved productivity and reinforced the firm's evolving brand and culture.
PCG delivered an end-to-end solution beginning with extensive stakeholder consultation and workplace strategy sessions to understand how the organisation worked and where improvements could be made. This strategic process informed the property search, resulting in the acquisition of approximately 3,500m² of premium leasehold space. PCG negotiated favourable commercial terms that aligned with the client's financial objectives while providing flexibility for future expansion and contraction throughout the lease. Working closely with Crowe Horwath's leadership and HR teams, PCG also implemented a comprehensive change management program to support employees transitioning from a traditional office environment to a fully open-plan, agile workplace.

The completed workplace transformed the way Crowe Horwath worked, creating an environment that encouraged collaboration, agility and stronger staff engagement. The new Sydney office accommodates more than 250 professionals within a flexible open-plan workplace supported by contemporary meeting spaces, collaborative areas, client facilities and staff amenities. The workplace also reinforces the firm's corporate identity while providing a platform for continued business growth and improved organisational performance.
