Ausure is one of Australia's leading insurance and financial services networks, supporting a nationwide group of independently owned insurance broking businesses. The organisation provides a broad range of insurance, risk management and financial solutions to businesses and individuals across Australia. Through its network model, Ausure combines local expertise and personalised service with the strength, resources and buying power of a national organisation, helping clients protect their assets and manage risk with confidence.
PCG partnered with Ausure to deliver a new Brisbane workplace designed to support business growth, improve employee experience and strengthen organisational culture. The project incorporated workplace strategy, design and project management services to create a high-performing environment aligned with Ausure's operational requirements.
Ausure engaged PCG to support the consolidation of its Queensland insurance broking and financial services operations into a single Brisbane CBD workplace. Following a period of strong growth, the organisation sought a workplace strategy that would support future expansion, improve productivity and create an environment aligned with its people-focused culture.
PCG worked closely with the Ausure leadership team to develop a comprehensive accommodation strategy and identify the optimal workplace solution. A new workplace was secured at 324 Queen Street, Brisbane, with favourable commercial terms negotiated alongside significant landlord upgrades. The workplace design focused on flexibility, collaboration and employee wellbeing, transitioning Ausure to a fully open-plan environment supported by agile meeting spaces, staff amenities, and a central town hall breakout area.
The completed workplace successfully unified teams from multiple locations within a modern, high-performance environment that reflected Ausure's "We Care" culture. The project enhanced collaboration, transparency and employee experience while providing a flexible workplace capable of supporting the organisation's continued growth. The outcome was widely praised by staff and leadership and established a new benchmark for workplace accommodation in Brisbane.
