The company provides pharmaceutical distribution, retail pharmacy and healthcare services nationwide, supporting millions of Australians through its extensive network of pharmacies, healthcare professionals and consumer health brands. With a strong focus on growth, innovation and customer experience, API has established itself as a key player within Australia's healthcare sector.
PCG supported API through the delivery of a major workplace transformation project in Melbourne. The project combined strategic property advisory, workplace planning and project management services to create a contemporary workplace that improved operational efficiency and supported organisational growth.
API engaged PCG to support a major business transformation program and develop a workplace strategy aligned with the organisation's future vision. With approximately 350 employees and a portfolio of leading healthcare brands, API sought to create a workplace that would enhance employee experience, attract and retain talent, and support long-term business growth.
PCG commenced the project with a comprehensive Workplace Master Plan, engaging executives, managers and employees to understand business objectives and workplace requirements. Following a detailed property search, a new 5,500sqm headquarters was secured in Camberwell Junction, providing improved access to transport, amenities and a broader talent pool. The workplace design drew inspiration from API's core values while balancing the unique identities of Priceline, Soul Pattinson Chemist and Pharmacist Advice through flexible work settings, collaboration spaces and strong brand integration.
The completed workplace delivered a modern, high-performance environment that supported API's transformation objectives and future growth plans. By combining strategic property advice, workplace design and project delivery, PCG created a flexible and collaborative headquarters that strengthened organisational culture, improved employee experience and successfully united multiple brands within a single workplace environment.
