PCG partnered with 2nd Road to deliver a workplace project that reflected the consultancy's collaborative culture and strategic focus. The project created a flexible and engaging work environment that supported knowledge sharing, employee wellbeing and long-term business growth.
2nd Road engaged PCG to develop a workplace strategy and relocation plan ahead of its lease expiry. As a leading management consulting and leadership development firm, 2nd Road required a larger workplace that could accommodate future growth while supporting its unique methodology, centred on innovation, strategic conversations and collaborative problem-solving.
PCG prepared a comprehensive Accommodation Master Plan to define the workplace requirements and inform the property search. The team sourced and negotiated new premises before delivering an integrated design and project management solution. The workplace was specifically designed to support innovation, strengthen the 2nd Road brand, protect client confidentiality and provide large design-thinking and collaboration spaces aligned with the organisation's consulting approach.
The completed workplace delivered a highly creative and high-performance environment that reflected 2nd Road's culture and way of working. By combining workplace strategy, tenant representation, interior design and project delivery, PCG created a flexible environment that enhanced collaboration, supported innovation and enabled 2nd Road to better deliver value to its clients while accommodating future growth.
