PCG was appointed by the Wizard Financial Services Group to assist with the rationalisation of their CBD leasehold properties and create what is now referred to as 'Wizard Central', consisting of approximately 4,500m2 of new leasehold accommodation at 12 Castlereagh Street.

'Wizard Central' provides the non-bank financial services organisation with both group office accommodation and a ground floor retail presence (a 'first' for a mortgage originator) which provides interface opportunities for current and future clients to engage with the Wizard organisation and it's range of products.
