PCG was engaged to design and deliver the new five level 5,000m2 extension to the Pfizer Head Quarters at West Ryde. The new wing provides additional office and support facilities to meet both the organic and incremental growth of the organisation arising from the recent global acquisition of the Pharmacia corporation.

PCG designed the building envelope and interiors to complement the existing facilities and restructured the internal travel paths to facilitate access, egress and general circulation patterns throughout the building, which comprises 14,000m2 in gross area.

The entire project was conducted over a period of 18 months whilst Pfizer maintained occupancy with nil disruption or continuity risk from the significant construction and fit out activities being undertaken.
