With a mandate from Head Office to co-locate within 12 months of their merger, Sanofi-Aventis engaged PCG implement their move, including tenant representation, interior architecture and project management.

The brief from Sanofi-Aventis was to provide a new workplace that could integrate the needs and cultures of the two different organizations on one site.

The new Sanofi-Aventis workplace is located, within a new build development in North Ryde and provides a comfortable workspace for over 400 people. The staff traded individual cellular offices for an open plan environment consisting of a multitude of workstations, small quiet rooms, large capacity meeting and training rooms and a large, multi-functional, showpiece communal space on the first floor that is reminiscent of a hotel lobby.
