PCG was appointed by GE Real Estate as owner of 60 Carrington Street, Sydney to provide architectural design and documentation services required for the conversion of existing basement and ground floor space into suitable leasehold retail/hospitality space for Steel Bar & Grill. PCG was responsible for the preparation of schematic design, contract documentation and coordination of building services documentation to meet the needs of statutory authority applications, approvals and works tender packages.
