PCG was appointed by the proprietor of Industrie Restaurant, The Ashington Group, to create an inviting, contemporary "drawcard" ground floor space comprising a 130 seat restaurant and bar, reminiscent of the brasseries of the south of France.

Unique in location and spatial dynamics, the restaurant shares part of the ground level commercial office lobby via the use of retractable glass doors (visually enlarging and expanding the inherent "gun barrel" nature of the space).

A distinct feature is the dual light-well which penetrates the building from roof level (eight floors in total), creating complex volumes which would have been difficult to realize or lend meaning to in alternative retail contexts (considered commercially unviable due to physical constraints and depth of the building footprint).
