As the existing premises of the Niblick Bar were outdated and inefficiently laid out, the Australian Golf Club engaged PCG to refurbish the 360sqm with an area that corresponded with the level of finishes throughout the rest of the club. By demolishing part of the central dividing wall, PCG opened up the space, wrapping the kitchen around to give it a sense of flow. New permanent umbrellas were added to the side and rear of the courtyard, providing additional protected outdoor seating, whilst also increasing the capacity and functionality of the kitchen.

Overall, the fitout was a modern transformation, with clean, simple colour scheme and modern yet elegant furniture pieces inside and out.
