PCG continued its on-going relationship with the Royal Bank of Scotland Group though the expansion of their workplace on Level 48, Australia Square.

The PCG brief was to design, manage and deliver a whole-floor workspace, totalling 1100m2, while the existing office continued to operate. The staging of works, the movement of people and disruption to staff were to be minimised while the fit-out had to adhere to a strict set of international accommodation standards.

PCG provided RBoS with a comprehensive staged programme prior to the commencement of site-works which facilitated the use of finished areas prior to the completion of the whole floor. This allowed RBoS to accommodate new staff as the project progressed and to keep on track with their own business needs during construction.
