The management of NTI selected PCG over a number of alternate service providers because of our independence of the property market and our emphasis on their priority to create a future proof high performance workplace solution for the management and staff. As Australia’s leading trucking insurer,  NTI wanted to transform themselves from a Springwood operator to a CBD innovator. PCG assisted NTI with an end to end services solution of strategic property advisory, tenant representation, interior architecture and project management services to create their new 400 George Street, Brisbane workplace.

NTI was disillusioned by the feedback they had been receiving from the supply side representatives of the Brisbane property market. Convinced that a CBD location was beyond their budget, NTI appointed PCG to champion their prospects in the Brisbane market and realise their vision of a new workplace which complemented the success and profile of the organisation and its people.

PCG floated the NTI lease covenant along with a prescriptive property performance brief into the Brisbane commercial property market  approximately 8 months prior to the lease expiry date of the existing Springwood workplace. After approximately 3 months of combined search and lease negotiations, PCG recommended NTI execute HOA documentation to lease an entire floor within 400 George Street, Brisbane. PCG has created a world class workplace for the NTI organisation in a premium A grade building in the Brisbane CBD. Featuring strong corporate branding, amenities and accommodation for approximately 100 employees the new NTI workplace provides multiple work settings tinted with a subtle theme of an American truck stop diner. The area secured under lease totals 1500m2 on level 29 which features a central core and spectacular views of the four corners of Brisbane CBD and surrounding suburbs.
