After a 10 year partnership with Pfizer Australia, PCG was engaged by Pfizer Korea to act as owner's representative and to provide project management services in the US$30M upgrade and refurbishment of their existing 19 storey Headquarters in Myungdong, Seoul.

Working in conjunction with the local Pfizer organisation and Pfizer Global Engineering, New York, PCG developed the project masterplan to ensure that Pfizer's new work place would reflect their Global and local requirements, incorporating new workplace concepts and a change management strategy.

On completion of the project PCG had overseen the strip out of the existing building, leaving only the facade to be remodelled at street level; the upgrade of the mechanical, fire and electrical systems to American standards; the interior refurbishment; and the external landscaping and fencing, including a rooftop garden.
