PCG was appointed by the Investec group to identify and lease appropriate commercial space and establish their new Australian Corporate Head Quarters.

PCG negotiated favourable terms for 2700m2 in Chifley Tower and worked with Investec's South African based Facilities Design Manager to provide an integrated interior design and project management service.
