PCG was appointed by Sydney Water as project director for delivery of its Real Estate Strategy including the development of a 24,000sqm head office at Parramatta and consolidation of the regional depot network.

Through an exhaustive tender process PCG led the advisory team to evaluate the market offers and select a developer to build and manage the new HQ building on the most favourable commercial terms.

PCG is also the managing contractor responsible for design and construction of a new regional depot at Warriewood, NSW.
