Nissan Australia has engaged PCG to provide an end-to-end solution to refurbish their existing 5,000m2 Australian HQ in Dandenong, VIC. Services include design and project management.
Nissan Australia has also appointed PCG to provide CRE advisory, lease negotiation and transaction management services for the procurement of its new 7,700m2 Queensland warehouse and distribution facility. Occupancy is expected in late 2012.
MYOB has engaged PCG to provide Tenant Representation, Design and Project Management services for their new 1,400m2 workplace in Sydney CBD.
The Consulate General – Japan have appointed PCG to provide corporate real estate services including tenant representation, design and project management for their new 1,100m2 workplace.
Silver Chef has engaged PCG to provide an end-to- end Project Services for their new Brisbane HQ including tenant representation, design and project management. The property lease has been finalised and interior design is currently underway. PCG will deliver the new 1,760m2 workplace in time for occupancy in early 2012.
PCG have recently completed the design and project management of Toyota Financial Services 1,200m2 workplace in St Leonards.
Inova Pharmaceuticals appoints PCG as strategic partner in Sydney
Inova has selected PCG over competitor firms to provide CRE and project services associated with the repositioning of the firm post closure of the firms manufacturing activities in Australia. PCG has been charged with managing the divestiture of the Inova owned 3 hectare site at Thornleigh in conjunction with securing, designing and project managing the fitout of a new leasehold workplace to accommodate the 150+ employees of the firm moving away from the Thornleigh site. PCG was selected by unanimous decision of the Inova leadership team after an extended review of competitor firms.
PCG were National finalists in the 2011 Innovation and Excellence Awards in the category of 'Best Office Fitout' for the Skyvue, Lion Nathan National Foods project in Sydney.
